Kontakt 6 does not have the ability to add user a Library some users have had success using 6 by loading there library into an older version and then swap to 6 to use them

  1. In this video we will show you how to add a KONTAKT Library to the KONTAKT 5 browser using the Add Library feature. Please note that this video is only for users of KONTAKT 5.6.6 or lower.
  2. Because on mac the only way to add libraries is to use an older version of Kontakt standalone (preferably 5.6.0). So, on windows in the newest versions (5.6.8 and newer) it may not let you add a library if its folder doesn't contain a.nicnt file.
  3. But I cannot find any possibility to add this library to my Kontakt. All my previous libraries (including the cracked ones) are still there. But I can't find a way to access, either through Kontakt or Native Access. Can you please guide me in the process of adding a library under Kontakt 6.0.2? I am on macOS 10.12.6 Thank you so much!

How To Add Library In Kontakt 5.8.1 Mac

You need to download Kontakt libraries seperately, they'll be very large (like 5gb) Then you load Kontakt. Click on Manage Libraries or Add Library and select the library folder. If the library contains all required files, it will show up in Kontakt main tab.
